"Wonderful Psychotherapist"

Hi, I didn't really want to go to see a psychotherapist, (I thought that it was for deranged people), but my doctor encouraged me to do so, and I'm very pleased that I did, because I now feel happier and more in control of my life.

Therapy for my mind, feels like a better way of thinking about Psycho Therapy. Like a personal trainer helping a body get into good shape.

Gillian has helped me more than I can adequately put into words. She has been challenging and encouraging and I really felt that she understood what I was going through.

During the weekly sessions I have experienced sadness and anger, and have come to terms with, and can now recognise many of the problems that I had, and what lay at their roots.

Thank you, you are a truly gifted therapist.
