A review of Le Pain Du Jour by Slave written on Tuesday 30th of October 2007
PDJ is an iconic London eatery in the bustling Oxford St area. It comes alive at lunchtime, serving a variety of baguettes ranging from 1.40-2.20 pounds. The bread is fresh, the service fast and the ingredients tasty. If you arrive between 1-1.15pm there will be a que out the door with local business workers, but do not stress because it moves fast.
Favourites amongst the vast range of baguettes are: Wild Boar & Coronation Chicken.
Overall: 5/5 stars..
