Ive been using iremit since 2003 and i havent got any problem sending money to phils. its just recently that it is difficult to contact them. it takes ages to speak with someone and it is frustrating at the same time cos u dont know whats happening especially if you already deposit the money to their affiliated bank. just a bit of advice please start pulling ur weight otherwise u will lose your loyal customers and that means losing job for u as well.
please send us a copy of the receipt either thru email or by post even we dont request it cos thats another part of your services that you always ignore. its actually common sense isn't it?.
