"XU 16665"

Hello,

I'm a license plate collector from Belgium.I have a plate, white whit black caracters XU 16665.The plates are both black on white (back and rear). These are produced by DigiPrint-FX, tel: 020 8556 6333 en code E11 4JV. Is ther enybody ho kan say to witch country this plate belongs. It is not Britisch, I think on Hong Kong buth as far as I now they have only 4 digits (chifres).
