"Never Arrives, Never Again!!!!"

I have ordered from diana fish bar several times and although the food is nice, i find that they're delivery time of late is awful. on the last two occasions (1 today 10/10/07) i waited over an hour and half before cancelling the order after phoning on a number of occasions in-between without getting a reason for the delay, only to have the person on the other end of the phone telling me it's on the way!!. I would'nt mind so much but i only live 2 miles away at most!!! I am not the only person to complain about this as 2 of my neighbours and 1 of my friends have stopped using them as a result of they're poor delivery times! and i myself will no longer be ordering food from diana fish bar..
