"Queues -possible! - secure - definitely!"

Whilst one may complain about queues at nationwide, they maintain their business through management of money as a building society not a bank. no shareholders to pay for massive branches, loads of staff or whizzy technology . sometimes you have to wait for the best. not everything in life is macdonalds!.
