I have reported the non delivery of the Leader Newspaper to the area where I live - DOWN CLOSE NORTHOLT over the last 3 years. Contact has been made on numerous occasions with the distribution centre with no call back to follow up my line of enquiry. Therefore a review of the Leader cannot be given due to

NON DELIVERY.
