They were brilliant especially mandy and maureen. they made the whole process smooth, spoke to mke on the telephone; returned my calls and on the deay of completion rang me to say the house was sold and then rang me to say the keys were ready for pick up on my purchase; i had the keys to my new house by 1 o'clock - then when I had moved in they sent me a good luck in your new home card.
