A review of Downtown Car Services by David taylor written on Tuesday 24th of July 2007
I would like to start that my name is jacqueline and not jaqui i did advise melanie to leave early as security was very tight at all london airports
melanie decided to leave at5pm the taxi did arrive at twenty past five the traffic was very heavy as it was friday rush hour melanie claims that she arrived at city airport at 18.15 for a flight at 18.45 leaving just half an hour before take off
when it was advised on national telly that you must check in in plenty of time
melanie claims that she missed her flight but no phone call to downtown claiming she lost her flight
melanie arrived back sunday the driver was waiting at the airport we phoned melanie 3 times and melanie didnt awnser when we got through to melanie she was at home when we told melanie her car was waiting at city airport she said that she had left the driver waiting at city airport to teach us a lesson for being late melanie did write to downtown but put no address on the letter only a phone number as a manager of the said company i would have liked to write in person .
