"Can't get much worse"

Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms stink and you can hardly squeeze your bag in. No hot water. On arrival you're informed that VAT was not included in quote and if you're not happy with that, you lose your deposit. No efforts are made to point this out when you make your reservation. Booked a week, stayed 1 night only. Unbearable..
