First off how can you win a lottery you did not enter.Second,why would you have to send the 1000 bucks for them to send you a bigger amount of money,why would they not take the money you were to send them out of the money they were supposed to send you.Third,If it is to good to be true,there is a 99.99% chance it is a scam..
