I have been to Pangs time and again, and have never failed to be impressed by the variety of dishes on offer, all of which look good and taste good. This is a buffet style service, so you can chomp to your hearts content. The service is unfailing, there are always waiters alert to replinish drink and carry away empty plates (but you need to keep your fork and knife). The decor is not as lavish as some, but it is clean. The price is low (approx. £10 a head), but does not reflect the quality..
