A review of Ducks Hill Garden Centre by Mrs. Lesley Cain written on Sunday 29th of April 2007
Ducks Hill is a wonderful little garden centre hidden (even though its on a A road) just outside Ruislip, West London. I have been in a few times whenever i'm passing, and have always found it to be such a nice place to pop into. They have a great range of plants, (which i've bought far too many!) always looking really really good. Some places you go to they look a bit sad or sick, but the ones here are always beautiful. They have a lot of furniture in the main part of the shop, a little too much for people who don't want it, but also have a lot of gifts and goodies which are always good to look at. I have always found the staff to be really nice, and although busy at times, they always have time to help, especially a young man named Chris who helped me with problems i had with my hosepipes. It doesn't sound much but he gave up a little of his time to save me a lot of time and was very polite and detailed with it. The whole staff and centre are very special in my eyes. Worth a visit..
