"Resolved"

A review of Edgware Road Post Office by Sonia written on Friday 24th of May 2024

Previously I had posted a review stating my dissatisfaction about a matter had a matter that I needed to be resolved and I was replied to.given a contact number for the manager to call the edge ware rd ofc.office . When I called I did not get through however being a Christian I have decided to put the whole thing behind me and I must forgive but the manager contacted me a while later and apologize. And I have also removed that review and so In going forward I just hope that things will be better the part of staff with the customer service that they provide. I would also like to commend that they're professionalism and competence in dealing with their tasks is very good.customer service.Thanksand spoken and manager.
