"Lost case hopeless"

A review of Singapore Airlines by CHARLES written on Saturday 4th of May 2024

My daughter lost a case flying London / Singapore / Darwin.

Singapore airlines seem to have a huge call centre in Manila, which due to 'protocol'

seem unable, or not willing to assist in tracking down this missing case and simply rely on information being input to faceless people on the internet.

Phone numbers are, and seem to be a thing of the past, and my unanswered e-mails to Heathrow were explained away by it being Saturday/// guess a large international airport has weekends off?.

I am not happy, and will not recommend this airlines customer service, on what is a important part of the carriers function, to get cases to the right destination..
