Some of their drivers are extremely aggressive to women made me feel very unsafe not only myself but also my mother on many occasions. When reported to management, they reply in a hostile and defensive manner, making excuses instead of apologising and addressing the issue. Will never use again. Would not use this company, especially as a woman..
