Currently having suspended timber floors reinstalled in my flat. Absolute nightmare, totally unprofessional job and I have photographs to prove it. This contractor will not follow Building Surveyor’s instructions and will not order the correct materials to do the job. Instead of adding additional support to the timber frame work this contractor has removed supports, photograph of plastic timber supports that have been removed from underneath my living room floor, 23 in total, piled high on my window sill, and they then tried to hide this fact by relaying the old floor boards even though the Scope of Works and Building Surveyor’s instructions were to remove and dispose of all existing floor boards and replace with new. I would never recommend this company..
