I came to your office at 6am this morning and despite all the lights being on no-one answered the door. You have my phone and glasses and I need them back asap.

Can you explain why you felt the need to charge £45 in cash for a car from QEH to St Thomas A&E? Seems a bit much.

Can my items be brought to West Greenwich Library asap.
