"Flight cancelled less than 24 hours notice"

Paid almost £1000 for flights to lima and returning from la Paz South America.Return flight cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and Iberia thought offering a flight a week later was an acceptable alternative. Had to call my daughter in London to get her to rearrange my flights. Now to add insult to injury have not been able to claim avios points as apparently I did not board the flights I had originally booked! Now whole booking has disapped from my Iberia app!

Phoned customer services several times- no resolution!Food was very poor even by airline standards. not a good way to end a holiday!

What`s the point of a reward scheme which fails to be rewarding..
