"Top Urgent!!! Cancellation for hotel reservation#945807824 without any prior not"

Hello,

My name is SO Kim and I am sending this email on behalf of my daughter Ms. Kim Chae Young.

Anyway, this is a very unacceptable situation.

I was informed by my daughter that when she arrived at the President Hotel for Check-In as the Hotel reservation#945807824(Booking reference#(3N3W1C) in below) through Agoda.com, the Hotel said this reservation has already been cancelled by Miki travel Ltd.

However, we never received any contact or prior notice for cancellation of this hotel reservation from Agoda. what's the reason for cancel? why didn't tell us in advance?

I also checked with Agoda and they confirmed that the Booking Confirmation under the reservation#945807824 is still active and not cancelled yet. but the Hotel said this reservation is cancelled. how could this have happened?

Agoda also don't understand why this hotel reservation is cancelled.

Please check this situation and let us know urgently.
