I am almost 80 years old and British airways cancelled my flight London Catania on 29th July. They rebooked me London Madrid Catania on the 30th July. I was very stressed by this but I need not have worried. Flight attendant Sarah on London Madrid was wonderful. She arranged for me to be met and assisted at Madrid with a very tight connection. Also on arrival at Catania I was helped by Alberto who picked up my suitcase and escorted me to meet up with my friends . Everyone at Iberia was so helpful and efficient..
