"New Staff or owners of this Post Office have no clue"

Visited this store to return items via the Amazon returns.

Presented the staff with a printed QR code for him to produce the returns label and to place the item in a large black sealed bag provided by Amazon. He was not aware that he needed to do this so asked his colleague inside who confirmed the process. Now instead of placing the item inside the bag he was insisting that I produce the QR quote on my phone. I said I don't have a smart phone or any code on my phone. The fact he was able to produce the label to return the item back to Amazon would not suffice his demands. I collected the item back and walked out. The Post Office need to train their sub post office staff the correct process if they wish to provide a service to the public with their cooperation with Amazon..
