"Go WOKE go Broke."

I know this company very well. As I run a small heating business I have often used Franchi (not the Kentish town Branch) for many things. I went into the Kentish town branch to get a very specific set of keys cut. Instead of service or helpful advice I get some weird little non entity babbling on about - "we don't do these", why have you come to us - (because Yale suggested them) where did you get out information (web site) and just a load of other nonsense that I had to tune out of. It was like having to cope with a WOKE weirdo having a hissy fit.

I won't give these people another penny, nor will I recommend then to my customers or allow my sub contractors to use them. It is a really good example of how a long established & mutually profitable business arrangement can be ruined in a couple of minuets by allowing an emotionally dysfunctional person to have any contact with the public.

I went a few hundred yard down the road to AA locksmiths who sorted it out in a couple of minuets. If your in the Kentish town area and need keys cutting or this kind of service, unless you want some non entity ruining your day, go down the road.

Sad, I used to quite like them..
