"Delayed luggage"

I boarded Iberia airline on Fruday, 16th December at London Heathrow. Luggage was not loaded, took 5 days to receive. Communicated several times with customer support, very unhelpfull, and some rude. Had to liaise with staff in Cape Town to speed the process up..
