"Bargains, free delivery BUT the website is awful"

I've had some really good items at knockdown prices often with free delivery on offer but ordering online is a NIGHTMARE! Slow, sluggish, confusing, loses info, takes you back to the wrong bit and you have to keep going through the ordering process all over again, often more than once. SO frustrating. Make sure you've plenty of time and nothing else to do!.
