"Utter dive"

Unfortunately it is a place where the council send people who they consider failures. There is a complete lack of awareness about mental health, addiction and anything else involved in helping someone out, at 1 of the most difficult times of there life. The council should be ashamed of themselves, that they send women to rot in here when they severe mental health problems. Anyone who has experienced problems while staying here, needs to get onto the council as they need to know, this is an unacceptable cesspit that people are supposed to live in..
