"No empathy at all!!"

From the receptionist to the doctors this place has no professionalism. patience are degraded talked down to with no empathy from the doctors. Not all doctors but on many occasions I have encountered the same treatment from Dr Barni. On one occasion he didnt even make any eye contact like as if I'm not even in the room didnt even explain any thing about the condition or what he wanted to prescribe, just take this and handed the prescription, I was just left feeling so low and upset that a doctor could treat he's patience in this way.

The main receptionist manager is so rude shes always grumpy and wants to argue even when your trying to talk and explain your self. I really cant understand why they work in such a place where they cant respect others or treat people with empathy..
