A review of Iberia Airlines by John Rogers written on Monday 24th of February 2020
Our flight from Madrid to London was cancelled by Iberia and they rebooked us on an alternative, I had paid to select 2 extra leg room/aisle seats together 11C/11D but these were changed randomly to 9B/16A. I have been trying to get a refund but, on line claim form keeps telling me an there is a date error? and on line complaint form keeps telling me it does not recognise my details. When contacting by phone I get told there is nothing they can do. It is impossible to e-mail and there is no UK address to write to. IBERIA are happy to take your money but make it impossible to make a claim for a service they faild to provide..
