I went into just inquire about school trousers for my son. who needs the generous fit trousers. As the other school shop does not do them. I was meet by a lovely lady who listened to my question. she was able to tell me they done all sizes ad catered for everyone. I was then passed on to JULIE. WHO WAS AMAZING AND KIND. And told me to come back on Friday and she will help me pick the right uniform for him. They made me feel so welcome and i will be telling all my friends and family about BAILWOOD. It was all natural and not rushed and not about making the sale.

All the staff were magnificent. And i most definitely will be going again .
