"Great Service But They Don't VAT Refund"

I have shopped here several years when my wife and I visit London. They have great men's suits, jackets, and other accessories. They are helpful and will alter clothing on the spot. Excellent service! Pleasant people!

However, each time I visit I fill out the VAT refund forms and they do not refund. So, if you shop from overseas, don't expect your refund..
