"Trying to use my gift cards !"

I have tried to use ticket master gift cards booking for Mischief Theatres Movie Night at the Arts Theatre. It took several attempts to get the (so slow) website to agree that there was value on the cards, and when i finally did make the booking, it bypassed the option to use the cards altogether and then would not let me back in to use them, So i'm stuck with unused cards which expire in December. and when i tried to phone in I just got recorded messages which didn't help the issue, same on the website, no coverage of this issue. waiting on a reply now to a message left on the website 24 hours ago..
