"Unprofessional service"

I had very unsatisfactory experience with Mr Mortimer.

He tuned our piano and our son’s teacher (head of the keyboard in leading private school with 30 years of experience) said it was not tuned properly. We had to seek the advice of another tuner (40+ years of experience) who confirmed that Mr Mortimer's job was not professional and he had to retune the instrument.

Please don’t waste your money and look for a local member of Pianoforte Tuners’ Association..
