Some of the staff ok.

certan staff whom happens to be in charge of the london staff bureau can be rude?

they can talk doen to you and english is not very good.

very quick at hangng up on the phone and easily to get up with thier clients. most of the time you work for 4 star holtel no one speaks english you may be luck with one member of staff. all the staff in the 4 star hotel are polish and italian or romaina and they do not like ethic orgin dark skin people, this is a great problem and the staff at the agency sends you to different ones they are all the same..
