"Ordering repeated prescriptions are bad service"

On many occasions trying to get a is a nightmare. It doesn't make any difference if you phone them or go to the shop. They tell you they'll order it and come back in three days. After 3-4 days you go back to the shop to pickup the prescription and they tell you there's no record of the order and need to re-order.

Another issue is that you need to check your prescription, as often the order is never complete..
