On many occasions trying to get a repeated prescription is nightmare. It doesn't make any difference if you phone them or go to the shop. They tell you they'll order it and come back in three days. After 3-4 days you go back to the shop to pickup the prescription and they tell you there's no record of the order and need to re-order.

Another issue is that you need to check your prescription, as often the order is never complete..
