"If you can get past the reception ?"

Now I live above the surgery , and I know for a fact , that its not always full . today 7.4.17 I tried to make an appointment gave loads of dates that I can come In , but oh no the earliest I could get an appointment was for the 27.4.17, now I have just been downstairs and there is nobody in the surgery, like I said if you can get past reception the doctors side are not bad.
