"Mistake on payment cards"

The young girl who serves me made an error in my payment cards and tried to get more money from me. I had it added up correctly on my sheet but she seemed to have misheard that I wanted £4 not £5 on the last card. I only ever have enough money for the amounts I pay each week. This girl needs to get her ears examined. I find this girl rather off putting and rather unfriendly and very slow. Past members have been more helpful. I will be taking my cards somewhere else in future..
