"No customer service in the office"

I called into your office on sunday evening at around 4.30pm to drop off a Christmas card for my brother Kevin wood who works for you there were 3 ladies in the office on one the phone speaking none of the other two spoke to me I asked if they could pass on the card to my brother still no words I was going to ask for a cab to my next destination but decided not to and went outside and rang data cars who came to me within minutes. I have mentioned this to my brother in a text today as I have not heard from him to say he received the card unusual for him not to let me know customer service is very important in every business I was in retail for 25 years so I do know what I am speaking about..
