I'm English and worked a few years in Italy so have been trying to arrange for an Italian pension. I went through the DWP and have been having huge problems understanding why I wasn't getting very far with INPS.

However I heard about Patronato and Gianni has been extremely helpful. Finally explained that as I was still working here in the UK and even though I am getting UK pension, I can't claim Italian pension, till I stop working! Finally!.
