We had a bad experience all around. Oscar Cars driver 'Naveed' (if that is his real name) charged us £90, after being quoted £60, for a ride from Heathrow airport to our hotel close to Paddington Station in a very uncomfortable, rough riding vehicle. Refused to accept a credit card, would only take cash and reluctantly gave us a receipt..
