"RBC ARE CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR HAVING A SAVING."

RBC are charging the people of Dominica for having a saving. I have a saving account at the Royal Bank Of Canada in Dominica. For the last four I have been charge $25.00 per month for service charge on a saving account and received $11.55 interest for the last quarter. I live in London and I do not receive any services from The RBC.

I did not receive any communication about this charges from The RBC. I received my statement on 5th September 2016 and notice these charges. I have been emailing and telephoning The RBC in Dominica

And they are not returning my calls or email.

I think it is unacceptable for a Bank to charge for having a saving account. It is daylight rubbery..
