Its Better for everybody! I have been with Better used to be Parkholt properties for just over 20 years now. May I say what a happy tenant I was despite the problems one has as with all old properties eg water leaks dampness and general maintenance. I felt in the very beginning very isolated and almost as if I was being ignored until I spoke to Mr Cohen. Together we sorted things out dealing with the cause of the problems and may I say thanks to me financially at a lower cost by using local builders who knew what they were doing and did the job properly and of course the loverly Mr Sullivan over seeing major works and least but most certainly not last Mr Solomon who came out in person to see how I was throughout! Unfortuneatly I never got to meet Mr Cohen and probably never will now he's retired. There is not a day that goes by now when I am not willing him back! I 'm afraid to say my future is not looking good due to contineuos misunderstandings

and the greed of young blood injected into the company who frankly don't give a dam in my opinion! What a sad world we live in it breaks my heart!.
