I have been to Mind on countless occasions and I must say they are very professional. They have maybe two or three counsellors on hand to deal with people with mental health problems or a lot on their minds. You can have up to ten weeks of hour sessions and they can help deal with stress related work problems to bereavements or any other kind of mental torture people are going through..
