In this day of great technology and ease of access, why oh why can we not contact AOL by telephone to have queries answered immediately? I cannot now access emails on my account and have tried to get answers about this and connectivity since the end of April 2016 without any success, despite sending emails to AOL via my husband's email address (which is still active). I have had my AOL account for about 17 years, but, sadly, I feel I may have no option but to open an account with an alternative provider if I am unable to solve the problem..
