"No staff supervision - not clean!"

I took three children all over six years of age to play there recently.

An older unruly child pushed one of my children down the slide head first causing severe pain trauma & panic. No member of staff offered to help or even mentioned first aid. I was forced to call an ambulance. I would never take any child back to this place. It's cronic failures are an accident waiting to happen. Staff are not interested in supervising the play areas. They stand around leaning on sweeping brooms talking to each other. The toilets and other areas are very dirty. Management is obviously very weak..
