"Very friendly and helpful"

Always friendly, always helpful and always smiling. From buying stamps to posting packages abroad they are clear as to the options and offer helpful advice and guidance.

I would love if it they stopped trying to sell me holiday money but, in fairness, when I needed some euros they were great..
