I had a very bad experiences this afternoon dated 14/12/2015 , transaction time 13:52 from CBN hot line girl operator as I am rushing to returned to work I never thought that she never understood me.I sent £405 cash throw Barclay bank to pay suppose to be on Tuesday to my 3 student from uversity in the Philippines as they are going to take an exam on Wednesday. At around 9:40pm I received the text messages from CBN London LTd that please to contact them regarding the status of my remittance. I rang at 9:41pm a minutes after I received the operator explained to me about the problem. The girl took my details just thought £205. I'm so upset right now I could asleep thinking that my student couldn't not take exam on Wednesday (16/12/2015). I wish that if they're not sure about my detials They received and they wants to clarified they should rang me as soon as possible after the minutes happen so that I could gave the right digits..
