"Diesel customer services??????"

I have been trying to contact Diesel customer services to resolve a minor issue, trying to find contact details is very difficult and once i had found an online form to use, it didn't work! I phoned the customer services number and got a suggestion of trying a different browser and cookie settings, appeared to be a known problem that has yet to be resolved. At no point did the representative ask what my problem was or if he could help. I then found Diesel on Facebook and sent a personel message asking for contact details on email i could forward my comments to explaining my previous online form problem, only to be given directions back to the website and online form that doesn't work! It appears that Diesel do not want to speak to customers and make themselves difficult to contact, i like their products but after sales is very poor..
