"Not a great customer service"

I had my clothes given to this place n I did mention I'm flying away for the wedding and I need urgently the woman said its fine and come to collect on Wednesday however I went there the shop was closed.I went next day the shop was still close no one answers the phone nor did I get a call from her to provide me with information or reason why the shop was closed its Thursday today I hv an early flight tomo n the outfit is for the wedding which is taking place in Italy on Saturday .now I dnt hv anything else decided to wear for the wedding I'm absolutely annoyed this place shud shut down.very very very poor and unhappy service.😡😡😡😡😡ðŸ
