A review of Barnes & Sons Ltd by Jenny written on Monday 10th of August 2015
Funeral service was fine, but when the funeral directors delivered my brothers ashes to our 85yearold mum/dad,they were put in a box in acarrier bag, although a casket was paid for another family member complained to barnes & hicks and they sent members of staff with the correct casket. my dad who has dementia opened the door& was told we have come to pick up his son of course dad was confused they delivered him then they wanted to take him back! they said they would tip our relative from the box to the casket just outside mum/dads house where is the dignity that you pay for?.
